man fuck this, i have to quit... now.

@awbcrazy btw.....I smoked 22 years a pack or more a day depending on my mood. I am a real person who has been through a lot of rough times and depended on cigs to help me relax or just pass time. You have the power to quit within yourself....stop lying to yourself that it's SOOOOO hard , it's a cop out folks!

I quit January 15th at 3pm. I haven't had a single one since and honestly, don't nor did I when I decided to quit. If you keep listening to BS commercials trying to sell you drugs to quit, you will also believe it when they say it's HARD to quit and that you NEED help. GET REAL....WAKE UP LIKE I DID AND JUST QUIT. It's only a pain in the rear for a few days and yes after that you still have the urge to do "something"...but the craving for a smoke is GONE. Save yourself money and time..

it has been 2 week since i quit...for all those who wish to quit do not think of withdrawl symptoms and the craving u will feel when u quit since they will pass but start thinking about the damage u are about to do to your lungs the next time you lite up....
