@oneminuteworkout The effect may be similar, I'm not aware of Wosinsky using language of alpha brainwaves to describe the benefits of his material, though he certainly may have. (Another parallel I've heard is with Kinslow's Quantum Entrainment material. Kinslow, like Wosinsky, both tip their hats to Nisargadatta Maharaj in writings. Seems like advaita folks (Kinslow/Wosinsky/Maharaj) would be uninterested in alpha brainwave meditation (Silva/Fehmi) as an aim in itself.
