@fmhicks so, she won't be allowed to cut her hair until she's in her teens?
Isn't that a bit late? I was 4 when I first decided what haircut I wanted and I never had any regrets. Children usually do have opinions and are able to make good decisions.
But of course you are perfectly able to decide these things for your child. I don't mean to be rude or offensive, I am just wondering whether you really think she isn't able to decide that yet or whether there are more complicated reasons involved.

I'm a mother my daughter is 4 and her hair is almost to her butt I will not cut it simple oil treatments and half inch off every 6 mths keeps her hair easy to brush with no dead ends. I feel like it will be her choice to cut it off short after she is old enough to make that decision with no regrets her teens when it will prob be to her knees.

i used to have a tender scalp too.. hated brushing my hair, but had to do it otherwise it would b unmanigable.. still is, which is why im cutting it tomorrow.

little kids are the worse thats why i only cut womans hair and no girk under the age of 13

Long hair comes fast and easy to ChaCha & her sister. Good genes - at least for hair.
Cha is a bit tender-headed and hates to have her hair brushed - as longer hair requires.
Left to her own prefs, she would likely get some serious Bob-Marley-like dreadlocks.
I'd be OK with that but her mom wouldn't tolerate the RASTA hair ... and so a haircut was inevitable.
Since that time Cha has had another haircut. he seems to like shorter hair - but she is still a princess.

Warner Music put the kai-bosh on the original music...pretty lame of them - but what do you expect from fat and greedy music industry tards? Oh well, this stock music works, I guess.
