Have you tried following Miguel? If you're unsure, fire a flare (button 1) and Miguel will respond with a golden flare. Otherwise, you could try IGN's guide which has them all documented.

i have 78/80 i think when u were flying i saw two. not on this but your other vid on this. with 49 i points i tink. launch fireworks number 1 where the ppl are and on the left of the road heart break.
