Hello Nick, thank you so much for your video. Tell me please, so you are saying that definitely your hanger control has changed, right? I mean, you are positive, that before you had your cravings, but now it is more controlable, and the portion size, too, right?

sorry, english is a second language for me. do you still have pain in your abdomenal area? Are you still craving for junk food, or now it is more managable? who was your doctor? do you worry, that the staples might get lose inside?

@naira43055 Absolutely. I eat tiny meals now, and am totally satisfied. No more pain. I still sometimes crave junk food, and I have had a bite of cake, etc., but I can only eat a very little bit of anything, so focus on only eating healthy items.

My Dr. was Dr. Albert Wetter in Burlingame CA.

I don't worry nearly as much about the staples inside as I did about heart disease, diabetes, and all the other maladies I was facing. I hope that helps!!

Thanks for your time and efforts in loading these videos. As many who view, I am in the process of setting up a date for this surgery. Not so worried about the first week or so. I know that it won't be a party, but life after it all settles down. Really hard to imagine. So, some days I think, nah...try another diet ( even though it won't really work) and some days there is no question about it. I'm 6' and 270 pounds... so right on the line. Would love to see another update from you. nabeam
