  • Click to visit the London Symphony Orchestra’s channel and watch Simon O’Neill tell the synopsis of Verdi’s Otello for his new recording singing the title role alongside Gerald Finley and Anne Schwanewilms.

  • His new CD record of Wagner is very impressive. The New Zealand Symphony

Orchestra and it's conductor give him great support. "Father & Son." is the title of the

    CD.

  • If I had the money, I'd follow this voice around the world to hear it in every opera house and symphony hall. Simon O'Neill's voice and the emotion he puts into it grabs me, shakes me, makes me love life more than I did the moment before he sang for me.

  • Splendid! A lovely man too.

  • Quite convincing. His voice isn't very flexible, but he makes a lot of it in this role, Very suitable as Florestan.
