  • @juggolo man i got 6 barb fittings for my WC loop and that is the last time i buy barb fittings. to many problems with leaks i almost fucked my 6970 but idk why guess the water olny hit a couple of low voltage resistors so i was safe but it's a pain in the arse.

    i use 1/2 inch barbs and 7/16 tubing. compressions have to be the same id and od as the tubing

  • How well do the compression fittings hold the tubing? I noticed while you made your rocking motion to insert them, that they expanded a slight bit. Is there any possibility of damage?

    They hold the tubing just fine. I have been using compression fittings for around 2yrs now.

  • well i got 2 plastic clamps with my swiftech res, those work cause i used pliers to clamp it as tight as possible but i only had 2,... so i used it on res to gpu and on the top gpu barb cause thats were the leaking was.
