  • Hi Dave, geat vid. Once the walnuts hit the ground on my friends tree, whats th procedure for great walnuts ? do i just bring them in the house after they hit the ground and start shelling ? thanks Doug Okanagan B.C

  • @gladheateher4now That's about it. You can knock them off with a long pole when their ready.

  • how come i purchased some all in one almonds as bare-root, payed nearly $22 and got a 1/4 in, 2 foot whip, if that. do you sell your commercial rejects to the gardening centers. 22 bucks seems like a lot of money for a tree that was probably only six months old. what does a real almond bare root tree you sell to the commercial growers look like? how come i could not order an independence almond. my almond tree looked more like a weed. seems like all the growers are pushing young t at big $

  • @telemarker77 all-in-one is not a commercial variety, so no, it is not leftovers. You paid that much for that size because that's the size your nursery of choice ordered, and that's the price they set. Independence is a newly released commercial variety, may or may not be released for home owners.
