@vadozzz You shouldn't have to bend any cables to install. If you're having trouble getting it in, please feel free to call our technical support department at 800.275.4576 and they can assist.

thanks for the quick reply - that really helped.
Now I have another issue - when I'm trying to fit a new ssd, it is very hard to insert it, and also, I have to bend a ribbon cable in 180 degree angle. Is that supposed to be like that? won't it damage a cable?
-
@vadozzz That can be the case in some models - it is attached with an adhesive. Use a nylon pry tool to gently separate that small board from the carrier - preferably from the ribbon-cable end (less chance of damage to the cables that way). then you can proceed as shown in the video.

Hello again
Seems like a have a problem.
The bracket is attached to a wire near screw #3, what am I suppose to do with that? Bracket doesn't come off, and I cannot fir a new SSD
-
@vadozzz You don't need to replace/recycle the drive screws or the mounting bracket on this model.

just to make it clear....
Do I have to put screws back on SSD or it's just adhesive foam instead of screws?
Do I need to take a hard drive bracket from the old one and put it on a new one?
thanks in advvance
