Fallout: New Vegas Speech Check Glitch (Infinite) [Outstanding Orator Achievement]

First you need to do the mission called "The moon Comes Over The Tower" in the game. Emily Ortal comes up to you while walking onto the Lucky 38 one time and just hands you the mission, no need to search for her. The mission takes about 2 minutes to finish, really fast mission. Then turn it into her. After that, talk to her and find the speech check. You need Speech of 35. The speech check never goes away. This method can be used to get the Outstanding Orator achievement. This glitch was found by my fiancée!

hey there , im done with the budding but cant find the girl outside , is there anywhere else she would be or spawn her by cheat , ?? the quest tells me shes standing exactly right there but i cant find here ...

I meant to say stop making the game sound bad, cause its not. And your most likely calling it "Fallout 3 with guns" (which makes no sense because there were guns in fallout 3 as well as new vegas...) because you yourself have not actually played the game to the extent you should play the game to before making a critical statement on it. Thats all. :p
