Where i live thats considered normal lol but in tokyo i heard its rare for it to snow that much

Well the issue in Tokyo is it is not equipped to deal with snowfall like this unlike Quebec. Typically once a year a dusting would fall but nothing that would stick more than 24hrs. Outside the city though especially in to the Tohoku region on the west coast they get about a meter of snow a day at times.

its funny to see , last snow storm in the province of Quebec, Canada it fell 65cm of snow in one day
