so far the only epeo0le that have transformed themselves in to their element fully is Smoker Aikoji(cant spell his name)

Crocodile(mr 0) and enel. That leaves ace and blackbeard out. But blackbeard has stated that he cant take on a full form of darkness. Since absorbs everything he take more dmamage form attacks but can counter anything.
