@realderekbrothers we all need to stop caring what its called movement is movement theyre both fairly expressive cuz only a small hand full of ppl have ever used parkour in a real life situation....most ppl just do it because they enjoy it parkour/freerunning isnt just urban gymnastics you can add dancing and martial arts as well
