@Manuuel89 Actually the Hollow regenerated Ichigo's body, that's why he won
Hollow Ichigo had epic regeneration skillz wich he used to fix Ichigo's broken bones (They broke from Ichigo's extreme speed) but didn't have time to regenerate the normal wounds because Ichigo took him out and ended the battle himself.

@bishiknight As to that, explanation.
This has to do with the getsuga tensho's colors as well :3
Ichigo's original getsuga tensho is White with Blue borders, in bankai it's Black with Blue borders.
But since his hollow took control, and it does not posses normal reiatsu, he had to mix the Getsuga with his Cero, that's why the red'ish color. After this, Ichigo always uses the RedBlack Getsuga untill fight w aizen
That's also why Hollow Ichig. could take his soul so easily until he got seal'd.
