i think they had a typical douche argument about whose stupid idea was to go that way and do that and this and rafi thinking about how good it would sound to kill his best friend on the road for his first book killed him and then invesnted this romatisized story that his friend actually ask him to kill him witch only a total idiot would believe further more a violent death with a knife, rafi is filled with bs
