@elijah7k - All my videos, articles, etc are distributed totally free. But I want to expand this even more. That is the SOLE reason why I ask that those who wish to read my BOOK should pay for it. When you visit a bookshop and like a book, do you pick it up and leave without paying for it? That's called stealing (in case you didn't know that...) All I do is ask for a moderate price for a GOOD BOOK. You can take it or leave it. Anyway, I probably would NOT sell it to someone like YOU.

@imck76 - Thank you, my friend. I will be doing that but first I want to finish the second edition (expanded, corrected and updated) of my eBook which should be ready in a couple of weeks.
