@395Russell Where is your video....yeah....didn't think so.....

@pitster with correct form i cant bench 400 lb, i have no problem saying it,, you have potential to shift serious weight but need to sort the technique, im not a bodybuilder, i prob won't ever go as high but i dont have to lift 400lb to know what im talking about, all im saying is technique before weight, rule 1

@muzimuzi no dude, 4-45's is 405. Check my other 400 pound bench for a cleaner look at the weights.

Yo loser. Keep dreaming. You've got no muscle mass and the video's shit so we can't really see what sort of weights your lifting outside of taking your word for it. And taking your piss-ass technique and overreaction - I'm wondering if you're a little screwed in the head.
-
yea, he needs to calm down. that technique was horrible.

I just noticed this comment, and actually, I do have a video of me max bench pressing 405lbs so maybe you should do a little more research before making false assumptions. Have a nice day :)

Holy shit you're only 185? How tall?
Still though fucking impressive lift at 185
Yo Fuckstick, I have two posted on here at 400 lbs, and maybe you can't count to 400.
So where is your video? Ya, I thought so...Fuckstick...

really this is absolutely awful form and technique, the eccentric movement of a bench press is as important as the concentric, to call ppl haters for pointing this out is ridiculous, technique before weight my friend, even look at at professional competition bench lift, the bar pauses on the chest, this is to distinguish the 2 separate movements of the press, you did not bench press 400lb here you bounced 400lb off your chest, And before you bitch at me i have a bsc in sport and exercise science

@elitesniperface I have a BS in Engineering and I say that 400 pounds is 400 pounds that went down, then went up, and I could care less if the touch and go was pretty. Bench competitions have guys in denim bench shirts arched to hell. I do pause work with 300 lbs BTW, so I also know what I'm talking about.
