So you agree with me. In San Jose, U.S.A., it's called differently than it is called in Vancouver, Canada. This doesn't mean either one of us is right or wrong. It's just a matter of naming discrepancy for the same delicious food.
At least there's one thing we can agree on: Vietnamese food is pretty damn good! Can you agree?

@DyeTyme It's the general viet translation for anything stuffed in a roll of rice / flour type paper. Chả Giò Tàu would be chinese type. Chả Giò Việt Nam, Chả giò Thái Lan etc.
