  • Hey Scatpack

I must say your four forty 6pack is about the best sounding I ever heard at an idle, and wide open, and being I ve owned and built many, with George at ClaySmith doing my grinds. This Super Bee is damn nice, Good job on it and the Palara is also going to become another notch, wondering whats going to get under your skin next? Much respect brother.

  • @gdwordsmith1 Thanks for the kind words, always liked the 68 Hurst Hemi Darts. You never know. I LOVE the Polara and being so different is great too. The Bee was 13 years of playing and wrenching. She was a beast! She idles that well with no choke, was tuned as well as any car I have had. Lots of fun, but no regreats, well except for dropping down in HP, but that can always be remedied pretty quickly with the 472!

  • You let your wife drive that. Hell no!

  • @stang650sv She tried, but to was too much, no power steering (255/65/60's on the front), no power brakes, 4 drums and of course 600+hp, it was too much all at once, heh.

  • That's some mint right there. Have you been on Mecum auctions before? Beautiful car. This was when people actually took pride in the cars they made. Now everything looks like shit;all the same.

  • @jimmykudo23 I agree, these were the good years of pride, I have never been on Mecum or any auction.

  • Woooowza! Love it!

  • I just bought a 1973 Plymouth Fury III for $1,000 cash. It has a rebuilt 318 with hushers (dual exhaust), Pioneer cd player and speakers, blue rims, Plymouth hubcaps, nice blue interior and exterior, only two rust spots....all for $1,000 because the key was broken in half in the ignition and nobody would buy it.

  • Nice 70 Bees are cool!

  • @scatpack440 My mistake, i thought i saw your car on mecum before. Take good care of her. Muscle cars are coming back again. Hope to see you on the road some day.

  • @scatpack440 I thought so too.
