if they are using hispasat then we're talking about a geostationary satellite which will make VoIP links awkward to use due to the propagation time of about 260 milliseconds up and downlink, plus switching propagation of equipment in between. Skype will be a pain... wouldn't a land based system have made more sense? What is the cost??
