You don't necessarily have to rewrite your script. You can recast Chris, he doesn't have to look exactly like he did in the games. And you could give the Barry actor fake facial hair, and just don't focus too closely on his face too much. There's easy ways around some of the problems you have, you just have to find those solutions. Don't give up.

I'm really looking foward to your upcoming work with deception. I know it's gonna be great. I have a couple suggestions on 2 of your problems. Have Barry put on a fake mustache/wig.Replace/Chris for Carlos since it's getting difficult to work with. One more thing that I wanted to know is if you were playing the Wesker role? Good job and your of my favorites. Whenever it's complete fans will be waiting and thank you again. :D

If need be, recruit people from youtube for actors/actress'. I know I would gladly act as eiher Carlos or Chris.

well you could make up siblings or relations to the main characters or if you want a random name i could give a few to you(like survivors) hope it helped at least a bit

you should replace Chris with Leon, i know he doesn't appear in resident evil 3 but it would be pretty kool if he could make an intro in the middle of danger say, a nemesis attack

well try to recast chris as someone else and for the bread thing with barry have in a scene where theres fire or something simliar to that and it can be that barry bread was burnt off so it runs with the story also for some charaters if your gonna swap or change out people you try rebcaca cambers or some of the stars members from the noval which anyone can do since no one knows what they really look like

find a dude and ask him to dye his hair to blonde/brunnete and make the hair look gayish and thr is leon lol
