@nakedvolleyball M8, realistic fire is IMO the hardest thing to simulate. Also, it was not done with Fume FX plugin but in AAE in which it is very hard to make realistic fire.

@Felixfors That's because I lazied out and did the colouring in trapcode starglow rather than using the built in tools. If you try reading Shipuh's instructions down below I believe you can get the same sort of look as the original (heck, maybe even better!).

@nakedvolleyball Indeed I have and it looks nothing like this if that's the point you are hinting at. This was mostly for fun and to see how well I could actually make it considering I had only just learned after effects at the time.
