November 2004
A huge grazing land alive with wild horses and cattle rounded up by cowboys; trout from the rivers and piles of red and orange paprika fill the kitchens of the inns and steaming goulash and thick sour cream are served in generous heaps.

  • At 01:55 István is preparing.. :D István is a male name

  • what s a guy gonna think about while he s waxing his carrot?

  • There is nothing wrong with eating pork and animal fat if it is all organic and one also consumes hommade wine and palinka to thin the blood. My grandpa and grandma and great grandparents all ate like that and lived into their 90's. These people are much healthier than your average north american population. What is the north american eating habit? Genetically engeneered hamburgers and coca cola? I spent 20 years in canada and also lived in the usa. I have experienced enough of your cultures:(

  • why every local alcohol is called "palinka" in your documents? it`s not quite the same, y`know

  • @ chasbo13

Don't be a noob. Humans are omnivores and Hungarians can eat anything they want..

  • mmmmmmm... brings back fond memoriesof my grandparents, best food ever... I remember when that river was poisoned,. Im glad that things are slowly turning back to normal. Some larger than life catfish grow in that river ..

  • Thank you Journeyman, you (all) are the best!

  • You are right, but pls name a country that has a healty eating habit, apart from the Far East. Those people will live to their 90s... My father is 87, having eaten goose grease all his life and has a lower colesterol level than my sister, having lived in the US.
