He freakin' is NOT burned in the sun! That wasn't even in the original book. Jonathan (excuse me, Neo) and Quincy (sorry, I meant Texas) stab him in the heart (and with knives, not a stake) and cut his head off. Maybe if you based this on the book and not the movies, this would be a bit better. FYI, in the book, Dracula is seen walking around in the sun with no problem
