When you consider half of America doesn't vote so it really only takes a quarter of the population to win an election, plus a few hundred million dollars and some rigged touch screen voting machines and black voter suppression, you might begin to realize how far we actually are from real democracy.

Life is too short to care about money or power. I'm not rich world wise BUT RICH IN SPIRIT AND (I would like to think) RICH WITH HIS WORD! I EMPLOR those of u who are readers of this to just enjoy life 4what it is to u n if it sucks ass well.. take what little u have n give it 2some1 else then tell me how u feel after. I don't know why but being selfless beyond profit n recognition is nice. It's GREAT in a way that no1 knows you good deeds. Work n shadow n be humble.. 4all things come 2an end.

I obviously stand up for peace (Activist for many years), but I do not for the life of me understand what a vid of Jolie (or a look-alike, I'm not certain) has to do with your message? This frantically moving woman detracts from your message, and I really can't figure out why you called it "the politics of angelina joiie", unless it was to get people to watch the video??? There was nothing in there about her political beliefs/actions.

It is really her. The "politics" is the practice of using celebrities to legitimize class structures rather than Miss Jolie's particular preferences which I think happen to be quite liberal.
And yes Angelina Jolie is a view booster. Sue me.

Okay, now we are post November 4, 2008, Barrack Obama is President-Elect... I'd say the democratic system is working.

I am encouraged. Doesn't change what happened in 2000 an 2004 though. History will see the 2000 election as incorectly decided by the Supreme Court and in many ways illegitimate.
