when a thought is being denied its sustenance it will bother you less because it is learning that you are no longer providing the mental landscape it needs to further perpetuate itself. the more the circumstance is detached and is looked at from a neutral point of observation the more it learns it is no longer being supported and can begin to fade away and will only then present itself for release or just another choice. so no longer continue to water trees that dont bear tasty fruits...

When thoughts present itself to you from the subconscious or superconscious mind you have the choice to charge it or starve it. when you imbue thoughts with emotions those same thoughts go back to your subconscious to process and digest the data and when done will arise again to feed more and this time with a bigger appetite. but when thoughts are stepped back from and ignored then they are being denied your energy which is what they need to survive and will learn it can no longer get attention

whenever old nonsensical bullshit beliefs crop up that no longer serve me I detach from them and step into the higher knowing that they are just old baggage coming up for release, if you don't detach from it and try to tackle it as if it is a problem and getting yourself worked up and thoughts jumbled and cause stress then you are only energizing the vibration which will make it come more intense next time but if you starve the vibe from the energy it needs to thrive it will die out.

if you thank someone for giving you opinions as if it was their opinion that has helped you is going to reinforce their idea that their opinion is correct even though they have distressed you.
so you can choose to 'repell' the people and go for a means of stopping them bugging you, or you can non judgementally find the truth.

@whoopsiedoop You don't really feel this is garbage or you would stop listening. It's just challenging your ways of thinking. People think what they have habitually been thinking, but they have absolute control over it.
A belief is litterally: "Something that you trust in the truth of." or "Evidence that you have accepted about (something)". Since most of the above is based on our thoughts, it can be helpfull to find the bogus evidence and place the wanted evidence opposite of it.

@susanshelit so awesome to have our knowledge of "how to figure out how to trust something" adjusted at a base level. Once we can consistently trust our feelings more than external circumstances, and once we fully embrace the thought that Life Is Supposed To Feel Good, it's easy to change beliefs. What isn't easy is talking to others who use external circs to define what is trustworthy, and thus see us as "evasive". ;)

This bit of audio is worth listening to daily.
No matter whether people think that Esther's channeling other beings, or speaking from superconsciousness, or that these are really the same and only appear different depending on one's perspective; you can't find better, healthier, saner or more common sense advice anywhere. But it's not just psychological; an organic part of her/their guidance is the tantalizing element of mystical transcendence. I think that's what draws people to Abe.

@Vittoria10538 Thank you so much for your kind comment! I can't agree with you more, it's this great stuff I hope people get exposed to first, so once they get into the more mystical parts of it, they're more willing to look past how the info got here and focus on how great the info is :)

@Vittoria10538 Powerful, powerful stuff indeed. This is perfect to help counter the emotional ride the media attempts to take us on whenever we dare pay attention to it without first being very careful what we watch.
