Oh and the water shortens the life of a lot of roller bearings.

if you do not know how to service the truck before and after running in water, mud or what ever. You should not be doing so. If you can afford the summit but can't afford the batteries hmmmm? Been hopeing to see one of these go up in a ball of flames because of a lipo and water.

@mrtraxxasman1 & @boogieman626 The LOUD clicking was just a Strong Stick..LOL but thats why the video ends ( I was a little worried at the time)

Oh! That's the Yellow Submarine! I just buy my Summit, Does the batteries resist the watter? I have the Traxxas power cell.

Well sort of ... get some clear silicone and fill all the little gaps where you think water could come in (mainly near (+&-) cables and at the opposite end

what gear do you have to have it in to run under water, probably low but that makes the motor run faster so it might burn it out

Low gear is better the motor is turning slower..
