ABBA : Take A Chance On Me (Am Laufenden Band) HQ

The song's origins sprang from Ulvaeus, whose hobby was running. While running, he would sing a "tck-a-ch"-style rhythm to himself over and over again, which then evolved into "take-a-chance" and the eventual lyrics. The song's B-side was "I'm a Marionette", which, like "Thank You for the Music" and "I Wonder (Departure)" (the B-side to their previous single, "The Name of the Game"), was intended to be part of a mini-musical entitled The Girl with the Golden Hair that Andersson and Ulvaeus had planned, but ultimately shelved.

If you are a man and don't fall madly in love seeing Agnetha here, you need to just give it up and go to the other side.

This is one of those performances when Agnetha was ON!!!!! The camera loves her and she loves the camera right back. Everyone if ABBA were brilliant, but they would have never made it like they did without Agnetha being the focal point.

Only negative, why did they keep going to the shot of them from behind the band? Dumb!

@2Shaymcn Actually I prefer redheads and brunettes over blondes usually. Frida was actually stunningly beautiful and talented.

But, Agnetha was totally unique. She had just everything. Great voice, blonde hair, beautiful eyes that locked onto the camera, the lip bite, the swaying hips, the perfect booty, and she looked totally innocent and sexy at the same time.

Frida was awesome, but there's never been another Agnetha. Even now she's a sexy babe.

Shay, I have to tell you this is my favorite video of my favorite group, ABBA. I am somewhat disgusted at myself for not appreciating them back in the day. After all, Agnetha is only one year older than I am. This performance is absolutely spectacular. It is nice to see the other musicians more closely than in most of ABBA's other videos.
