Godspell - God Save The People - Lift Your Spirits Performing Arts

In 2006, Lift Your Spirits Performing Arts performed its first Broadway play, Godspell, with great music written by Steven Schwartz. This is the video is of God Save The People, one of my favorit songs. As you can see our set was very interactive with lots of local sites, we had everything from smoke for the smokestack of the engine to moving wheels. It was truly a great show and we are looking forward to performing it again in October of 2009 at the Majestic Theatre in Pottsville. Jesus was played by Tom Pat Noon, of Ashland and John the Baptist/Judas was played by Bob Thomas of Pottsville.

The remaining cast members were Angela Kane, Patti Razzis, Kelly Lindenmuth, Paula Lazarski, Loretta Murphy-Birster, Debbi Dobson, Al Razzis, Steve Lindenmuth, Nicholas Laspina, and Ed O'Donnell.

This Video was taken on the final night of dress rehearsal, with only a few people in the audience.
