Occupy Rockford to "Racist" Tea party "They're lucky someone doesn't go over there and beat them up"

Saturday October 15 Occupy Rockford held a protest in front of Chase Bank on East State Street in Rockford, Illinois on the other side of the street were members of the Rockford tea party holding a silent, flag waving counter protest.

This is the full raw video of one of the Occupy Rockford members calling the tea party racist and saying "they're lucky someone doesn't go over there and beat them up".

afterwards another member of Occupy Rockford stated that he did not speak for all of them.

Hope this guy doesn't get to angry when he finds out my blog usofarn.com is a used to advance conservatism and the tea party and that I am a board member of the Rockford Tea Party.

@oneandy2 Have you always been this unable to pay attention? While there may be a few people within the OWS movement who would love to get the gov't to just give stuff away... that is NOT by a universe what the OWS as a whole is demanding. What it wants is an end to corp. greed, end of excessive wealth, end the ability of the top 1% to buy our gov't out from under us, a reinstatement of Glasse-Steagall, a Wall Street transaction tax. Why exactly do we need to be at odds?
