you just have to drill a hole in a existing hole if you are not able to provide your patients a implant that fits the tooth socket.
better you inform yourself about a intelligent way of immediat implants on ww w bioimplant.me
or just look for immediate zirconia implants on youtube or google

@kiranphalke yes but only if your sugars are under control and same day implants are a bad idea! 2 stage implants are the best!
