Dear Sir,I am nahid from Dhaka Bangladesh, may i start this commercially?please mail me nahidun@yahoo.com

@tangoinasia he has a blubber on it it was the thing that is leaking

Using induction heating system and burning residual gasses after condending the oil would make it cheaper to produce oil from wastes. Isn't it ?

The system is good but I'd like to worn you about several things.
1. be aware that the gases that you burn in combustion chamber produce a gas that is concerogen and very dangerous for health.
2. when you burn the gas you should have a good back-flash system (run the gas through water) so the flame will not go back to reactor. And that happens.
We make these systems in industrial scale for more then 3 years. Our equipment got a environmental permission in US, so I know what I am talking about

Dear jetijs,
very creative and usefull way to generate value product from waste.
i am trying to build one but for Plastic waste like PP and HDPE.
I am little concern about ways to burn gases for heating of scrap chabber and also what temperature is to be maintained.
please give some referance to complete my project.
my emailID is hurkat.manoj@yahoo.com or give ur contact no. I will call you.
Thanks in advance for your support and cooperation.

Hello. I started making my own pyrolysis machine. Your video has been very useful but i have some questions for you if you would be kind to answer. I understood that only about 30% of the gas is used to sustain the pyrolysis process and the rest i should burn separate. What gas pressure should i maintain? What kind of nozzles should i use? What kind of material should i use where the flame burns so i don't destroy the cylinder? Thank you anticipatedly.

How do you heat the main container?

Hello I am wondering if you can use your tire oil process to make heating oil out of animal fats our say even sewer grease and vegi oil? I think what you made is very creative. Can you please tell me more about your experience with making oil and is it dangerous. Thanks Tony Allen.

hi would you have a web site so that it can show the step build procedure thanks .got loads of tyres in my compound and would like to set this up in time thank you

I don't have a diagram, but the process is in fact very simple. You just take a metal vessel, fill it with old tire rubber and then heat it to 400-500 degree celsius. The rubber will start to melt and boil. The vapors from the whole thing then travel through a radiator where they cool down and separate into liquid part and gas part. On the other end of the radiator a smaller vessel is attached that has two holes, one on top and another on the bottom.

The gases come out from the top hole and go through a bubbler and are then burned. The bottom hole is shut and the fluid is drained occasionally. It is up to you how to make this thing. I used parts from a junk yard and this did not cost me anything, just my work. You can get about 30 liters of fuel from 100Kg of rubber and lots and lots of gas.

Thanks :)
we tried the fuel on waste oil burner. Works great, with the right air to fuel ratio, there is no smoke at all on the exhaust, burns very good and clean. And it does not require fuel preheating as it is using oils.
