  • I know -- There probably isn't any tape out there at all where a guy does everything perfect -- but at least when it comes to the speed part, what they are doing shows you what I'm trying to teach.

  • Hey, I am really interested in being coach by you, I sent you a few private message without no answer, contact me I am being serious, thanks !

  • @dysfunctionalthug I just sent you an e-mail.

You will get a lot out of it or your don't pay for the workout!

  • how can we make smooth, sharp cuts without slowing down a bit when makign our break. is that just physical?

  • That takes hours of training -- but at least you know how to do it now. You need a stop watch and someone to time you. Run a 10-yard sprint for time and then run the 12-yard (six-step) curl route and then the 12-yard (six-step) speed out. You make the break with the same foot (inside) and its 1-2-3 out or 1-2-3 coming out of the curl route. The idea is to get to 10-yards in the same time and your body will adapt and you'll be able to come out of the routes smoothly.

  • go on youtube and look up chad johnson sport science and you'll see the 3-step curl break -- I'm sure some people reading this exchange say its impossible but you will see what he is doing in slow motion and you will see the footwork needed to run a curl (or comeback) using a speed cut rather than a breakdown cut. you need 12 to 15 hours of training to do it -- maybe a half hour session at a time -- super hard to learn, but that's why guys like CJ are in the NFL...

  • this is the most informative football video i have ever watched i am a reciever myself and i am more of a speed guy for my age but watching this video really opened up my eyes to the art of receiving and the craft that it truelly takes. I do a lot of speed training but i just wanted to let you know that watching this video has made me a better true receiver than my whole summers worth of speed training thank you very much sir and please post up more videos so i can continue using these methods

  • can u show us how 2 slam on the brakes?? n the stuff u were talking about in the end>

  • 4.4 @ 40 yards .. run < 4.5 looks like an impossible time or isnt it ? i just got my 4.7 (electronically) and i m very proud of it .. but its very hard for me to do fast cut with/or 180 deg turns .. okay i'm a DB and not a Receiver .. but i got a lot of problems with switching my direction while being on full speed .. is theire a DB-Video like this one ? thanks ..
