Glad that is over with. Baseball tournaments are hard on the body. Our team is fueled by motivation in a can and midgame fireball shots so the ammount of booze consumed over 4 days was sick. Great time but my body is pretty run down.

  • @illegitimate0 Sure does. Form needed work and it is much better now. I sit back in the decent and spread my feet (so to speak) like I am pulling the ground apart. Keeps me steady and upright.

  • Learn to do russian barbell twists before you almost max out. your technique fails extremely, use your hips and not your arms. it's a core exercise

  • @strongsick286 from what i ear and actually i feel it to my erectors where sore as hell and im adding things here and ther to get my lifts where i want like i want to up dead and bench so thats what do anyways enough talking shit great liftign man strong as hell hope to be stronger

  • now squats im ok at i have to take a wide stance to get most weight out of it but i rocked 435x7 parallel could i do right now dont know i was at 292 and now at 280 just now getting the strength back at less weight so thats good but im putting front squats in for a while and let back squat be on the back burner in fact i think they may work even better cant lift as much but hit the body better thats just going to make the back squat stronger and the ead they help deads alot
