@AmberSumer yes i just had to replace it today with the kyocera milano because they said they did not carry the moment anymore. i was happy they didn't lol it would not charge for shit. i had it for about 2 years.

This phone is a Nightmare! Worst phone ever, in about 9 months, the charge port will go out. This phone does not last long, I've had 2 with the same problem and I've known a couple of people who have had the same problem with this trashy phone.

this was my first "smart phone" and it lasted me 2 years ... it did it's job well for me ...i dont miss it though

I might be a bit late to this, but DO NOT GET THIS PHONE.

Just trust me...after having it for a year and a half, I hate it.

Buggy as hell, slow, out of date...

Switched to Virgin Mobile and their motorola triumph today (which is pretty much sprint but with cheaper plans and no contract).

Best switch I ever did.

i hate this phone, so much. i got this phone for christmas last year and only having the phone for a few mouths sprint took the phone out of the market. i still have the phone now and i already had at least 5 problems with the phone. the phone has a problem reading my finger on the screen and the call and end button gets stuck . i hate this phone :-(

It's been 20min and this phone is still in the start up screen. Disappointed, I do not recommend this phone at all

i've had this phone for a year and a half, and it was great for a FEW months. sometimes the keys will just stop working, the internet connection just shuts off by itself, it won't let me send calls for ANYTHING and i've gone through atleast 10 chargers. I'm getting rid of it in 9 days and i couldn't be happier. I wish i got the damn insurance on this thing so i could've dropped it in a puddle and gotten the upgrade (the intercept is a shitty phone physically but way less glitchy)
