  • Lets see rhino is 700 and weighs much more than the razr and people are comparing the two on speed? Rhino has much better handling and stability and the quality of Yamaha surpasses Polaris by far. I have the 2008 700 sport and I've taken it to 52 on the beach with big ITP terracross tires. The rzr is good if you are looking for something that can go up hills and straight lines. But for that I bought a yfz 450. Its faster and can do everything better. Yfz 450 vs. rzr? yeah suck my dick

  • Buy American......Also you must be kidding about the handleing part? And then why does the big brother(ranger "Stock and heavier" still out run the rhino "modded" I suppose if I wanted a boat anchor to haul around some shrubs then thats what I would have chosen the rhino.

  • Oh and yea the rzr out hauls and tows the rhino. Ohhh and yea just ask any first year rhino owners about quality and all the probs. And why does yamaha have a mandatory service bulletin on the doors if there so much more stabil? I like my limbs.

  • Truth... I love Both Machines. And yes can-am will prob have a nice offering to the sxs world. However it is also easier to come to the table after a co. like yamaha has done alot work for you and develop a better product. (polaris) next kawa and can-am

  • Where da mud?

  • ya really it was a pretty dry day

  • My Outlaw 525 full pipe, jet, and air intake, just shit on every 450, raptr 700, I raced this weekend in Glamis. Motor is KTM but Polaris label and sand burn is all the 450's saw. Unless you've got a full raced banshee...step aside.

  • TRUTH: Rzr will own a rhino all day er day. damn fact! The rzr was built for speed and fun. A rhino isnt. so theres no need to fight back and forth that a rhino is so much better when it isnt at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hahaha the rzr took off way after the rhino and it still won, GO POLARIS!!!

  • ACTUALLY if you check one of the shootouts..cant remember which. they weighed them all and can-am was lying about the weight.

  • Oh snap! Should have taken my own advise. Your right, I will admit my mistake. I have 75 cubes on it, thats what I meant to say..haha. Both are the shit, but I prefer KTM over Rotex.

  • i just went and looked on the can am official site it said 345lbs(156KG) the polaris official site for the irs says 395lbs (179KG)

  • Actually it ISN'T, you may want to freshen up your math. At 345lbs dry weight, it is the lightest 450. The 525 irs weights 295lbs dry weight and the 525 solid axle weights 270lbs dry. Google Can-Am DS450 specs and compare with Outlaw 525 specs. Your research skills need some practice.

  • acctually the can am is 50-75 pounds LIGHTER. i did do my research

  • I think I answered that already no? Can-Am is 50-75 pounds heavier than the 525 depending if you have irs or solid axle. Look it up.

  • your not saying your polaris is lighter are you?
