The Sermon Hymn on Pentecost Sunday, this ancient text (Veni Creator Spiritus) is sung to Sarum Plainsong Mode VIII, and is translated from Latin to English by John Cosin (1627) It number 217 in the 1940 Episcopal Hymnal
It is sung by St. John's Church, Detroit Professional Choir, under the direction of Dr. Huw Lewis, FRCO.
