Melissa demonstrates a body weight squat. If you can squat down past 90* so that your butt almost hits the floor (or as close as you can possibly get it) with out rising onto your toes then do that. Once your heels rise off them floor and all of the pressure is in your toes, you know that is too far for you. Feet must be kept flat through out whole motion. Push through your heels to the starting position.
