Did Seselj call for eye gougings with rusty spoons?

On this comedy show Minimaxovision. Serbian Chetnik Movement leader Vojislav Seselj in 1991 jokes about the terrible things said to be done by his Chetnik volunteers. This selection took a life of its own as his alleged call or claim that his people gouged out eyes with rusty spoons. What he really said was not quite that. Since this appearance he was accused of confessing that his people gouged out eyes with rusty spoons or of calling for such during speeches.

Today Seselj is head of the Serbian Radical Party and has been in gaol at The Hague since 2003. His trial is ongoing. The case against him has to do with statements such as this one and suggestions made of this sort.

Let's be clear on some things. Seselj speaks here of using the shoehorn instead of a knife to cut throats. It's not unlike asking someone to cut down the mightiest tree in the forest with a herring. If it's rusty it may make a superficial wound and perhaps with a lot of work and time kill someone, hardly what trained killers would use for military purposes. Tetanus is lockjaw and takes time to take effect and why wouldn't they have had their shots? Not like blood loss. This is not serious!

@SasaSRS You misunderstand me completely. I'm taking your side! There was no talk of eyes, there was no talk of any of that, yet they manufactured the claim from this. This is what Seselj himself has told people about how this story was invented.
