@RJN0607 Which dojo do you go to in America? There are only a handful of Reihokan dojos... I know a few are in Cali, one in Mass, and one in Jersey I think.

@shftyswtchblade2 I've always wanted to come to the island, but the dojo that I go to is in America. At some point in my martial arts studies, I'll go out there.

This looks AMAZINGLY similar to the Kuzanku Dai kata we are taught (or maybe it's vice versa?). I study Shorin-ryu Reihokan out here in Okinawa (brown belt).

You can actaully see where Shotokan Karate comes from. Its really cool to see how close what we took from Sho Rin Ryu.

Nakazato made a DVD set about 8 years ago showing All froms i have them All =) i am a blackbelt in Shorin Ryu Shorinkan under sensei Rivas

Nakazato sensei is a living lejend, his American student Noujaim sensei proves how good shorinkan is, the power I've seen in Noujaim sensei is great. by the way I train goju ryu however okinawa karate is a family.

He actually punched me in solarplexus from a Naihanchi dachi and i was in a modified sanchin dachi, it was pretty hard,for a second i thought i am going down ,i couldn't feel my legs for a sec.
