@tommyboy0520 I presume that the board would come with instructions to make upon buying, but I'm not 100% sure.

So parallel a capacitor with the LED to smooth the PWM to an average DC voltage and hopefully that's enough to keep the flicker LED's IC powered up so it can do it's thing.
