I personally wouldnt do this all the time since my lips arent small, when I do this they can lick fishy I guess? I do like it :) but I also like my natural lips :D

Concealer or Foundation
Lipliner
2 Different Shades of Lipstick (Similiar Colors)
Lipgloss

In this tutorial I will teach how to get Big Full Lips like Angela Jolie, Megan Fox, Pamela Anderson but without the surgery. Using concealer or foundation, lipliner, lipgloss and lipstick!
