@4D36739- It??? Tigerman is not an it!! He is a truly lovable kind young man who sadly suffers from mental health issue. Please do not call him an 'it' as this is very disrespectful. He is after all, somebody's son, somebodys brother and friend to a lot of lucky people. Thank you.

@RedJoe10- JC was actually a Japanese prisoner of war & was tortured & beaten until he was almost dead. He had bamboo rammed under his fingernails & then his nails were ripped out. This left him severely disturbed and mentally affected. Today we would call it post traumatic stress disorder & he would have the best of care the army could provide. JC was a decorated hero. I miss him terribly. He ought to be honoured by the Town rather than ridiculed by the towns idiots. God bless JC RIP mate.

The comment posted by 'The Playhouse Harlow' below sadly confirms what is very true in the eyes of real lager swallowing, football shirt wearing, gold chain dangling Harlow residents - that this sad result of 'care in the community' is probably the best thing Harlow has ever offered the world. Those with a brain cell or two might consider a certain late architect - along with one of the planet's greatest living jazz guitarists as true legends linked to Harlow.
