@armin3442 I realize this is four months old but I still wanted to reply. I would try two things, 1. try rolling your dough a bit thinner and 2. double check that your thermometer is telling you the truth. It could be that your oil is to hot and cooking the outside to quick. If it still doesn't work put your donuts in a 350 degree oven and bake for a few moments or until done.
