If you look at this carefully you can see that the bbc took bits from Peter talking to Hiro over the phone and spliced in Torchwood. So of course it's not true!

Unfortunately, I'm outside of the UK, so I am not allowed into the Torchwood website. Thank you for your agreement on fan bullshit. It is really annoying to find the crap everywhere. Especially, for example, the Rose/Doc. shippers' stuff. I mean, honestly, give it a rest.

Actually that is a real BBC trailer. If you go on the official Torchwood website then you will find it there. Although i have to agree its a load of shit and seems like it is that half-assed fan bullshit.
