    You do realize that "posturing" is never really a reference to physical postures, do you not? to be a posturing clown, is to refer to someone who consciously seeks attention---"a conscious mental or outward behavioral attitude"...zizek would probably consider this a correct interpretation, and not be affected by chomsky's opinion. Philosophical comedians also may be referred to in a similar way, and yet this does not diminish the truth they convey.
