Nice hit, but AD gained three yds on the play. No point in mentioning the other 237 yards he got that day as a true freshman in a 12-0 OU win. But yep, that was a nice hit.

Oklahoma is a awful fly over state with no redeeming features whatsoever and UT is based in Austin, unquestionably one of the best cities in the country. But yeah, you go ahead and live your life vicariously through a bunch of 20 year olds who don't give a crap about your life.

@PacMan3256 Texas has 4 national titles you idiot. OU owns Texas. Bob Stoops has won 8 of the 13 Red River Rivalries, has won twice the conference titles as Texas has, and has NEVER lost a season so badly as to not go to a bowl game. I'm pretty sure it's Texas who wishes it was OU.

Greg Davis' system was not good from the beginning, unless an athletic qb was there, look at how OU's offense ran when paul thompson was the qb, terrible because he was inaccurate, it's the same premise. Texas offense when Davis was there thrived on a QB with the ability to run, obviously he didn't adapt at all to Gilbert. you're trash, man, have fun coming up short each and every year.

@OUfootballAuthority ...Do you not watch espn? Texas fired 90% of the coaching staff from last year. The offense was trash. Greg Davis is possibly the worst coordinator in the history of football. His concept works when you have an athletic QB that can run, Young and McCoy, but wasn't set up for a pocket qb with no running game. It's the same as if OU tried to run their offense with an inaccurate qb, won't work.

@sinky1023 So what was last year, another rebuilding year? You can't say it's a rebuilding year because your team fell apart last year and hasn't improved enough to make it to a BCS bowl this year. Just call it like it is dude. Texas is having problems and is slowly trying to fix them because their highly recruited class plays like they are still in high school.
