i would of kept giving him hugs and telling him how beautiful and not to worry about what others thought of him because many people (this is what i believe) the not give him encouraging words telling him how beautiful he was etc. maybe only his mother told him that idk bout his sisters but if more people had actually cared more about him and told him stuff then maybe he wouldn't have had all those surgeries. he didn't like how he look and it was somewhat of fans fault cause they said he was ugly
