  • I just started reading Civil War, and am not very far in the series, but this video is just great. Really gets that there is no right and wrong in it. It's just which side you chose.

  • Hope you enjoy the series. Civil War helped get me back into reading Marvel Comics, and while I don't think its the greatest series ever, I think its very, very good. Thanks for the positive comments :)

  • Man so many people are blaming Iron Man for cap's death. Its a bit unfair to hold a mans grave to Iron man alone, I mean nobody want to blame the Red Skull.

  • Yep, Iron Man didn't assassinate anyone. However,Iron Man himself feels the guilt over Cap's death, and has acknowledged his own hand in it, or at least the fact that the result "wasn't worth it." I use very few "villains" in this video, which is a statement about "Civil War." It wasn't clear cut.I wanted to show the results from a failure to communicate. The SHRA was rushed into approval and many heroes were arrested. Regardless, I'm going to stop geeking out here. :)

  • they need to make this a movie

  • Alot of people are mad because Cap won, but look back on this and you'll know there was a purpose in this. If Cap won, it goes back to normal and the whole point of Civil War was pointless...

  • this is agreat marvel video man.

  • It's because Marvel is run by Mephisto (aka Joe Quasada) now.

  • id go against the registration...sux how cap died

  • Well, yeah! I mean, him turning into a fugitive was along the lines of Gwen Stacy dying, and not only did they erase the mask thing, they erased his fucking marriage! Live with the mistake, don't try and hide it.

  • That Sucks! The ramifications of his taking his mask off resulted in some of the best comics I've ever read. That's too bad.

  • Actually, it was in the Spider-man one more day thing. I'm only giving spoilers because I don't recommend buying this or ever reading it, because it had me pissed for days afterwards. He had a deal with the devil that resulted in him losing his marriage and resetting everything back to the good old days. He took off his mask, but nobody ever saw it. They didn't like it, so they just reset it. It's still in Civil War, but the MU erased it, basically.

  • They erased that scene?

    I never knew that?

DId they take it out of the comics or something?

  • This actually made me want to read Civil War over again. Amazing series, and amazing video. It still annoys me that they erased Spider-man taking his mask off, with how amazing that scene was.

  • Not true. You bring in all the Marvel live action movies for something big, and if they went at this they'd get the budget for it, like Toby McGuire, Robert Downy Jr., and others, and then add the important characters in specifically for this movie (Goliath, most notably, and the Thor clone would be interesting if they did it right, and the Black Panther) and it'd just have some tweaking from Mark Millar's story. Wont happen, but it's possible. If the Avengers have shown us anything.

  • Cool...
