@TheDrasticProduction i hate to argue with you again but no, again you are wrong. You are talking about the Molotov-Rippentrop Pact. This was a way for both countries to prepare for an inevitable war. Germany wanted this non-aggresion pact to be able to invade poland without the USSR attacking them. the USSR needed time to re-arm and re-establish its military and industry. A great way of understanding this is to read some cartoons by a man called David Low on the subject.
